Discover vertical limestone mountains, villages, temples, rice fields and lotus ponds by boat, bike and on foot. You will spend the night in a guesthouse in Vietnam’s oldest national park. A visit to the local primate rescue and turtle center teaches you more about the unique species of langurs, primates and turtles native to Vietnam.
Day 1: Hanoi – Ninh Binh
You leave Hanoi at 7 am and are driven to Ninh Binh Province, where your Ninh Binh tour starts. Upon arrival in Thung Nang, you embark on a 1,5-hour boat trip to observe the breathtaking vertical limestone mountains in this area with a remarking resemblance to Halong Bay.
