Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival to Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi, your driver and guide will meet you and they will transfer you to your hotel in the downtown.
Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 2: Hanoi
Discover the bustling city of Hanoi with visits to the complex of Ho Chi Minh President’s Mausoleum, the one-pillar pagoda and Vietnam’s first University: the Temple of Literature. The university functioned for an incredible 700 years and its gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a fascinating glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Lunch is served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Ethnology Museum and the Ngoc Son Taoist Temple, located on a little island of Hoan Kiem Lake. Get to know the beautiful legend of this central lake and get a feel of everyday life while cycling along the streets around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, which is also known as the ‘36 streets’, each one representing another product or industry.

Day 3 : Hanoi – Bac Son – Hanoi
The day starts early with a 4-hour drive to today’s destination, Quyn Son village. Be swept away by the unique scenery while passing through the Red River Delta with its stilted villages and endless rice fields. Make sure you fully charge your batteries for many picture opportunities along the way.
After lunch, there is time to discover the village and its ethnic minority of Tay inhabitants before you are picked up for a mountain trek. Take your time to splurge on the enchanting panoramic view over the valley when you have reached the top. Back down your private car will drive your back to Hanoi.

Day 4 : Hanoi – Halong Bay
At 8 am you will be picked up from your hotel for a drive to Ha Long Bay, one of Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders, recognized as world heritage by UNESCO. Upon arrival at the pier, you will board a vessel to explore the bay. Enjoy the views while navigating past thousands of limestone islands with rocky outcrops. In the afternoon, you have the chance to go swimming, kayaking or just relax on the deck.
Dinner is served on board and anchor is dropped amongst the many beautiful islands for the night.

Day 5 :Halong Bay – Hue
Get up early for a Tai-chi class for some gentle moves or just have a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the sunrise from the top deck. After breakfast, the crew will pull up the anchor, start the engine again and cruise to an astonishing limestone cave. The early lunch will be served aboard. Around noon your will leave your vessel and take a 4-hour drive to Noi Bai airport to catch your flight to Hue.

Day 6 : Hue
Start your day with a ride in a local rickshaw through Hue to observe the excitement of Vietnam’s last capital. Visit the UNESCO listed Imperial Citadel and enter through the towering main gate. Enjoy the magnificent architecture and gardens while your guide explains about the events and the intrigue of the former royal court.
After exploring the complex of the Hue Monuments, you will visit the Ming Mang Royal Tomb followed by a stop at the beautiful Thien Mu Pagode, Hue’s best-preserved religious monument, which stands on the riverbank of the Perfume river. Heading back to town you will take a boat trip along the romantically Perfume River.

Day 7 : Hue – Hoi An
After breakfast, you will check out and have a morning drive to Hoi Ans ancient city. Enjoy the beautiful scenery while leaving the city and passing through the Hai Van Pass. Explore Marble Mountain with its beautiful pagodas and temples. Check in at your hotel in Hoi An.
After lunch, your private tour guide, will take for you a walk through the ancient town of Hoi An. Be impressed by the historic house, the Japanese Covered Bridge, a Chinese assembly hall and museum, which are a few of the major sites of Hoi An.

Day 8 : Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An
After breakfast, you will start your day with exploring the charming World Heritage Site of Hoi An’s Old Town. This walking tour will take you to an ancient merchant house, the Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, the 400-year old Japanese Covered Bridge and the vibrant riverside market. After being indulged by Hoi Ans Old Town, lunch will be served in a typical restaurant.
In the afternoon, a driver will take you out of town to My Son Holly Land. Be impressed by this cluster of Hindu Temples, surrounded by hills, situated 35 km inland from the coast of Hoi An.
After exploring the ruins and a visit of the small museum of My Son, you will head back to Hoi An.

Day 9 : Hoi An – Ho Chi Minh City
In the morning, you will join a typical Vietnamese cooking class. The chef will take you to the local market, where you will choose the ingredients and learn about Vietnamese cooking. In class, you will prepare local dishes and enjoy lunch.
In the afternoon, you will be transferred to Danang Airport for a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon your arrival, your new, private tour guide and driver will take you to your hotel in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, where you can enjoy a free evening and explore the city on your own.

Day 10 : Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta – Ho Chi Minh City
At 8:00 AM, a morning drive will take you from Ho Chi Minh City to the Mekong Delta. After a drive of approximately 2,5 hours, you will arrive at Ben Tre province, the heart of the Mekong Delta, which is famous for its rice fields, numerous waterways and beautiful landscapes.Upon arrival, a boat will take you around the scenic Ham Luong River. Explore various local workplaces and experience real Delta village life. Travel to a village by Xe Loi (typical Vietnamese boat) and enjoy a delicious lunch at a local riverside restaurant.
After lunch, it’s time to board a sampan for a relaxing trip along the narrow creeks. Arriving at the Pier, your private car while take you back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 11 : Ho Chi Minh City tour
At 8:00 AM you will leave your hotel for a Ho Chi Minh City tour. You will first visit the War Remnants Museum, which will show you the harsh reality of Vietnamese war. Next, you will explore the Thien Hau Temple, which is one of the most important pagodas in the city.The city tour takes you to China Town with its restaurants, temples, exotic stores and markets.
After having lunch, you will visit Reunification Hall, the residence of President Ngo Dinh Diem. Be impressed by the formal meeting rooms, private bedrooms and war situation rooms 10 meters beneath earth’s level. From here, you will move on to two iconic architectural landmarks, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office.Stroll along Dong Khoi Street to the Opera House, for its interesting history. Finish the day at your hotel.

Day 12 : Can Tho – Vinh Long – Ho Chi Minh City
Today is your last day of your trip in Vietnam. Enjoy some last moments in Ho Chi Minh City before getting transported to the airport for your departure flight.
