Day 1: Iskandar Airport – Kumai Harbour – Sekonyer River
Upon your arrival, we will pick you up from Iskandar Airport or your Hotel in Pangkalan Bun. After the meeting service, we will drive to Kumai Harbour where we get on board of the Klotok. While sailing upstream on the Sekonyer river you can enjoy the wonders of the Borneo rainforest. Spotting wildlife like the Bekantans (Proboscis Monkey), birds, etc. Lunch and dinner is served on board.

Day 2: Sekonyer River – Pondok Tanggui – Camp Leakey
After breakfast, we’re heading to Pondok Tanggui. From here we will start our trekking into the forest to spot the Orang Utan in the wild.
We will have lunch on the boat while heading to Camp Leakey. Camp Leaky is an active research facility named after Louis Leaky, a famous anthropologist. Camp Leakey supports programs for the study and protection of orangutan, proboscis monkey, gibbon and leaf-eating monkeys. They support studies of orangutan sign language abilities and cognition. They also support the study of river ecology. We will visit the Camp and observe their activities.
After our visit, we return to the boat for dinner.

Day 3: Camp Leakey – Kumai Port – Iskandar Airport
After breakfast, the boat will head to Kumai Port. From the port, our private car will take you to Iskandar Airport Pangkalan our a hotel in Pangkalan Bun.
